Problem Statement
Sheltered workshops for persons with disabilities are usually focused on packing, craft work, data entry and F&B. Solution
Bizlink Centre's train-and-place programme provides learning and employment opportunities to persons with disabilities in the growing e-commerce industry, within a simulated training environment.
Outcomes
This programme aims to train and place suitable persons with disabilities in the e-commerce and logistics sector to empower them to pursue their career aspirations, be financially independent and remain relevant in changing times.
